🚨 Hiring: Director – Online Reputation Management & Growth
📍 Gurugram | 💰 Up to ₹20 LPA
Crescent Group, a leading integrated branding & advertising agency with 30+ years of expertise in TV commercials, digital marketing, influencer campaigns, media, websites, packaging, and creative storytelling, is looking for a senior ORM leader to head and scale the ORM division.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the complete ORM function across clients and brands
• Manage, mentor, and guide ORM Managers and larger ORM teams
• Develop high-level ORM and crisis management strategies
• Drive customer sentiment management and brand reputation enhancement
• Handle escalations, sensitive cases, and crisis communication effectively
• Collaborate with digital, marketing, and client servicing teams
• Contribute towards business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth
• Build strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
• Monitor ORM performance metrics and ensure service excellence
🔹 Requirements
✔ 12+ years of experience in ORM, Digital Marketing, or Brand Reputation Management
✔ Strong leadership experience managing large ORM teams
✔ Proven expertise in crisis management and online brand strategy
✔ Business development and client acquisition experience preferred
✔ Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience with ORM tools like Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Google Alerts, etc.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
