This role will own end-to-end marketing strategy across Brand, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Growth, and Partnerships, driving measurable business outcomes including awareness, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, ARR expansion, and market leadership.
The Marketing Director will manage a small team while remaining highly hands-on, with scope to scale the function over time.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and GTM Leadership:
- Own the overall marketing vision and roadmap across iSocrates and MADTECH. AI.
- Define integrated go-to-market strategies across services-led and product-led growth motions.
- Partner with senior leadership to align marketing priorities with revenue, pipeline, and brand objectives.
- Build scalable marketing operating rhythms, playbooks, and execution discipline.
Brand Building And Market Positioning
- Strengthen iSocrates' leadership position in the MarTech, AdTech, DataAnalytics, and AI ecosystem.
- Establish MADTECH. AI as a differentiated AI platform in marketing decision intelligence.
- Drive consistent brand narrative, thought leadership, and category presence across both offerings.
- Lead PR, content, community, and event-driven brand visibility.
Demand Generation And Revenue Pipeline Growth
- Lead multi-channel demand generation programs across: GEO, SEO, Paid/Owned/Earned Media, LinkedIn, ABM, Email, Content, Partnerships, Communities, Events.
- Drive awareness and qualified pipeline growth across both:
- Enterprise professional services opportunities (iSocrates).
- SaaS trials, demos, and subscriptions (MADTECH. AI).
- Work with CRO and Product leaders to optimise CAC, ROI, funnel performance, and lead-to-revenue conversion and retention.
Product Marketing And MADTECH. AI Growth
- Own product positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and launch strategy for MADTECH. AI.
- Partner with Product to improve onboarding, activation, adoption, and in-app expansion journeys.
- Enable product-led growth through lifecycle nudges, guided flows, and retention mechanisms.
Lifecycle Marketing, Retention And Expansion
- Build customer engagement strategies that improve retention and expansion across both business lines.
- Partner with Customer Success to reduce churn and drive upsells/extensions.
- Develop customer advocacy programs, including case studies, testimonials, and referral models.
Marketing Analytics, Ops And Automation
- Own dashboards and reporting across CAC, LTV, churn, activation, retention, and ARR impact.
- Implement scalable marketing operations and automation using HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4 Mixpanel/PostHog, BI tools, and AI workflows.
- Drive experimentation culture through A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and attribution.
Partnerships And Ecosystem Growth
- Build strategic alliances with platforms, agencies, communities, and industry bodies.
- Develop co-marketing programs, affiliate/referral initiatives, and ecosystem-driven GTM.
- Scale presence across key industry events and vertical associations.
Team Leadership And Hands-on Execution
- Manage and mentor a growing marketing team while remaining deeply involved in execution.
- Build future-ready structures for brand, growth, content, and product marketing functions.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall experience with strong leadership in B2B marketing.
- Proven success across both:
- Enterprise services marketing and ABM.
- SaaS/product marketing and growth engines, including PLG.
- Expertise in Brand + Demand Gen + Product Marketing + Lifecycle strategy.
- Strong familiarity with MarTech/AdTech/Data/Analytics, and B2B ecosystems required.
- Exceptional communication, positioning, and storytelling skills.
- Highly analytical, execution-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Ability to work in EST or Late EMEA shifts supporting U. S. stakeholders.
- Paid Media and Marketing Automation expertise.
- Demonstrated proficiency in growth hacking techniques.
- Written and oral English proficiency.
