About the Role

As the Director, Integrated Marketing, you will work closely across the marketing team and with key business stakeholders to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels including digital, social media, email marketing, thought leadership, CRM, webinar, sales enablement initiatives, and industry events. The role will help drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across BDO India’s key service lines.


You will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and performance tracking of B2B go-to-market marketing programs, aligned with BDO India’s business development approach. The Director, Integrated Marketing will assist in the planning, development, and execution of segmented and targeted marketing campaigns across key marketing channels, ensuring strong alignment with service line priorities and business development goals.


Responsibilities


  • Support the creation, deployment, and management of persona-based integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels in coordination with service line leaders and business development teams.
  • Develop and manage campaign assets including thought leadership, email campaigns, landing pages, social media content, and marketing collaterals aligned with approved messaging.
  • Execute a multi-touch marketing mix including inbound and outbound marketing tactics such as, Email marketing campaigns, Social media campaigns (especially LinkedIn), Sponsored content and industry partnerships, Webinars, roundtables, and industry events
  • Collaborate closely with service line teams, and business development teams to ensure campaigns support business priorities and client engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in audience segmentation, campaign content development, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and optimize engagement.
  • Manage and track campaign performance metrics, including awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.
  • Support the execution of industry events, webinars, and client engagement initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ensure effective project and program management of integrated marketing initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing calendars.
  • Support marketing operations by working with the marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms) to enable audience targeting, engagement tracking, and campaign attribution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes, campaign execution frameworks, and reporting dashboards to improve marketing ROI.


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 12+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing within professional services, consulting, or financial services
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns and managing marketing programs and events
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., MS D365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B content promotion
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign performance measurement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop marketing messaging and campaign content
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Self-starter with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
