Role Summary
This is not just a reporting role.
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of:
- Marketing Analytics
- Business Intelligence
- Stakeholder Decision-Making
You’ll work across SEO, paid media, and web analytics data to uncover insights, improve performance, and influence real business decisions.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze performance across SEO, paid media, and digital channels
- Build and optimize Power BI dashboards (internal + client-facing)
- Write advanced SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate data
- Define and validate KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, funnels)
- Identify data quality issues (tracking gaps, inconsistencies, duplication)
- Turn analysis into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Work with tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads
- Support tracking, tagging QA, and campaign performance analysis
- Automate reporting workflows using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global clients

Qualification Criteria
- 2–4 years in Marketing Analytics / BI / Digital Analytics
- Strong SQL (joins, aggregations, validation)
- Experience with Power BI (or similar tools)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Solid understanding of marketing KPIs & funnel metrics
- Strong analytical thinking + attention to detail
- Ability to translate data into business insights
- Confident communicating with non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Attributes (Good to Have)
- Experience with GA4, GSC, Google Ads, GTM, Looker Studio
- Exposure to SEO / Paid Media / Web Analytics
- Basic Python for automation or analysis
- Experience with multi-market or enterprise datasets
- Understanding of attribution & tracking implementation
- Interest in AI tools for analytics workflows
