Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for a Marketing Data Analyst. The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing and performance data, as well as generating actionable insights to improve marketing strategies. Daily tasks involve monitoring marketing campaign effectiveness, preparing performance reports, conducting detailed data analysis, and collaborating with marketing teams to align analytics with business goals. The ideal candidate will also assist in identifying trends and opportunities to optimize marketing efforts and drive data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and a strong understanding of effective marketing strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Experience in Data Analysis and applying insights to optimize marketing performance
- Knowledge of Data Analytics tools and techniques for reporting and trend analysis
- Ability to collaborate with marketing teams and align data insights with business objectives
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields
- Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
