Marketing & CRM Executive
Sai Substrates Private Limited is seeking a proactive Marketing & CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate sales follow-ups, maintain CRM records, and support business development across domestic and international markets.
Location: Dindigul, Tamil Nadu
Work arrangement: Full-time, on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with domestic and international customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, existing accounts, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, customer information, and follow-up schedules.
- Support lead generation and business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and support order processing.
- Professional customer email communications.
- Prepare and maintain sales and follow-up reports using CRM tools and MS Excel.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, CRM, or business development.
- Strong communication skills in English; Hindi and Tamil are an advantage.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, customer follow-ups, and sales coordination.
- Experience in B2B manufacturing, exports, or sales is an advantage.
- Candidates based in Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, or other major business centres are encouraged to apply, provided they are willing to work on-site in Dindigul.
