Role Overview
We are looking for a Copywriter with 2–4 years of experience, preferably in email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who comes from a strong content and copywriting background and understands how to write communication that converts.
Key Responsibilities
Copywriting & Campaign Communication
- Create engaging and conversion-focused marketing content across four different business functions at Mentoria.
- Write engaging, conversion-focused copies for: Email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, Marketing journeys and drip campaigns
- Promotional and lead generation campaigns
- Develop compelling subject lines, hooks, CTAs, and campaign messaging.
- Adapt communication styles based on audience segments and campaign goals.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and timelines.
- Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and within deadlines.
Arya Communication & Content
- Support communication and campaign requirements for Arya.
- Create content and messaging aligned with the brand tone and audience.
- Assist with ongoing engagement and promotional campaigns.
Creative Collaboration
- Use Canva for basic creative execution and edits wherever required.
- Contribute ideas for campaign concepts and audience engagement.
AI & Modern Content Tools
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms for ideation, optimization, and faster execution.
- Understand how AI can enhance copy performance, personalization, and productivity.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or campaign communication.
- Hands-on experience in Email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and audience-focused communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and conversion-driven content.
- Basic Canva skills preferred.
- Understanding of campaign funnels and marketing communication.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and productivity.
Good to Have
- Social media content experience.
- Exposure to EdTech, CareerTech, or startup environments.
