Job Summary
Hanu Reddy Odyssey is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator / Social Media Executive to manage social media activities, coordinate creative deliverables, oversee content execution, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external vendors.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects across different business verticals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Content Planning & Social Media Management
Coordinate with the Marketing Team to prepare and manage content calendars.
Handle posting and management of content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Coordinate with content writers for captions, blogs, and marketing content.
Coordinate with graphic designers for creatives, banners, reels, carousels, and promotional materials.
Ensure all social media content follows brand guidelines.
Select and finalize images and creatives for posting and obtain approvals from the respective vertical heads before publishing.
Creative Coordination & Shoot Management
Coordinate with videographers, photographers, designers, and editors for content creation.
Plan and schedule photo and video shoots for different verticals.
Follow up on edits, corrections, approvals, and final deliverables.
Ensure timely delivery of creatives for campaigns, launches, and promotions.
Campaign & Event Coordination
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
Coordinate vendors and audio-visual requirements during events.
Ensure smooth event setup, execution, and social media coverage.
Monitor campaign execution and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Reporting & Coordination
Track social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate between Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Management teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure event photos and videos are shared with respective teams on time.
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage and update LED screen content across office locations.
Maintain records of campaign expenses and marketing spends.
Submit expense reports to the Accounts Team for processing.
Track budgets and report updates to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
1 to 5 years of experience in social media management or marketing coordination.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
Experience coordinating with creative teams and vendors.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
Basic understanding of video editing workflows.
Event coordination experience is an added advantage.
