About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and field-oriented Marketing Coordinator to manage offline branding initiatives, outdoor promotional activities, exhibitions, and on-ground marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate outdoor promotional activities, including kiosks, expos, branding events, and campaign activations
- Manage outreach activities at banks, malls, corporate offices, and public locations
- Identify suitable locations for hoardings, banners, and outdoor branding installations
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect branding work and vendor execution
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, printers, fabricators, and media partners
- Support flyer distribution and other offline promotional campaigns
- Assist in organizing and managing participation in property expos and exhibitions
- Work closely with sales teams to support on-site branding and promotional setups
- Monitor marketing materials and maintain brand consistency across all activities
- Assist in organizing customer engagement programs, launch events, and promotional activities
- Track campaign performance and maintain vendor and site-related documentation
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and field coordination abilities
- Experience in managing vendors and outdoor marketing campaigns
- Willingness to travel for site visits and promotional activities
- Good organizational, reporting, and coordination skills
