Position: Marketing Coordinator Intern
Location: Delhi (Ashok Vihar)
Reports To: Head of Business Development
Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with Business Development
Managers (BDMs) working in the field, ensuring accurate daily reporting, and monitoring demand
generation activities for Educart’s 9th–12th Reference Books. This role involves tracking BDM
performance, validating field visits, supporting marketing campaigns, and providing insights to
strengthen sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. BDM Coordination & Monitoring
o Ensure timely submission of BDMs’ daily reports, including start time, end time, and
visit details.
o Verify authenticity of BDMs’ field visits (cross-check fake/duplicate visits).
o Maintain smooth communication between BDMs and the Head of Business
Development.
2. Reporting & Analytics
o Report directly to the Head of Business Development with daily, weekly, and
monthly updates.
o Create and maintain performance reports of BDMs to track productivity.
o Recommend penalties and incentives based on performance metrics.
3. Market & Demand Generation Analysis
o Analyze BDM territories to evaluate whether effective demand generation is taking
place.
o Track book demand trends, feedback from institutions, and market penetration
levels.
o Provide data-driven insights to strengthen sales and marketing strategies.
4. Marketing & Campaign Coordination
o Ensure all marketing campaigns are executed in coordination with the Training &
Academic team.
o Support the rollout of school-level marketing activities, workshops, and campaigns.
o Monitor campaign effectiveness and share insights for improvements.
5. Communication & Compliance
o Check and respond to school emails promptly and professionally.
o Ensure all BDM activities align with company guidelines and reporting standards.
o Maintain accurate databases and records of field activities.
o Support implementation of new monitoring and demand generation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• experience in sales coordination, marketing operations, or field team
management (education publishing/EdTech preferred).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets mandatory, Power BI/Tableau
preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle cross-team coordination.
• Ability to identify performance gaps and propose actionable solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
