Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Coordinator/Executive role based in Lucknow. The role involves supporting the development and execution of hotel marketing plans, including digital campaigns, promotional offers, and brand initiatives. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and operations teams, preparing marketing collateral, drafting and proofreading content for online and offline channels, and assisting with social media and email marketing activities. The Marketing Coordinator/Executive will help plan and support in-house events, partnerships, and promotional activities to drive guest engagement and revenue. The role also includes tracking campaign performance, maintaining marketing databases and budgets, and preparing regular reports and presentations for management.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Managing hotel social media pages like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Creating promotional campaigns for rooms, restaurants, weddings, and events
- Coordinating photo shoots, reels, influencer collaborations, and digital content
- Designing marketing materials such as brochures, standees, menus, and emailers
- Supporting the Sales team with presentations, proposals, and promotional ideas
- Managing online reputation and guest engagement
- Coordinating with agencies for advertisements and branding activities
- Handling Marriott brand standards and approvals
- Promoting banquet events, weddings, corporate meetings, and F&B offers
- Assisting in website updates and OTA visibility
- Tracking campaign performance and preparing reports
