Key Responsibility Area:-
Content & Social Media:
Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms
Draft blog posts, newsletters, captions, and basic marketing copy under guidance
Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience
Campaign Support:
Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns
Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
Help track campaign performance and compile basic reports
Market Research:
Conduct competitor and market research to support strategy development
Gather and organize data on customer trends, industry news, and brand benchmarks
Administrative & Coordination:
Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and asset libraries
Assist in organizing events, webinars, or promotional activities
Handle internal coordination between the marketing team and other departments
Eligibility Criteria: Must:-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business, or a related field
0–1 year of experience in a marketing role
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, email marketing)
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or any email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant
Skills & attributes:-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with an eye for detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Good to have:-
Exposure to paid ads (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) even at a basic level
Basic knowledge of WordPress or any CMS
Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Buffer
