Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Marketing Coordinator.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase reach and lead generation
- Run targeted organic campaigns to attract and convert audiences
- Manage and grow our SEO strategy
- Track metrics and continuously improve based on insights
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels
- Handle daily marketing tasks
- Event coordinations
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
You should have:
- Minimum 1 yr experience in growing an online brand and driving leads
- Hands-on skills in SEO , social media marketing
- Design proficiency (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Strong project management & organization skills
- Communication skills in malayalam and english
Bonus if you..
- Have experience with mental wellness/ therapy brands
- Are familiar with CRM tools like Hubspot
