💫We are the authorized consultants to the company who are manufacturer of bleaching earth, a specialized form of activated clay used for purifying oils, several key machines and equipment’s, they are involved throughout the process.
- Role*: Marketing Coordinator
- Qualification*: MBA-Marketing
- CTC*: Up to 12 LPA
- Location* : Lower Parel
- Experience* : Minimum 4 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison connecting the Marketing Team, Head Office, and Factory/Plant.
Sample & Trial Operations: Manage sample requirements, dispatch product samples for client trials, and track product-wise specifications and lab reports.
Dispatch & Sales Support: Coordinate order dispatch follow-ups between plant, marketing, and clients; manage sales receipts and order documentation.
Rejection Management: Handle rejection coordination and product issue resolution between clients, sales, and manufacturing.
Expense & Financial Management: Oversee marketing team expense processing, budget tracking, and financial documentation.
Travel Logistics: Coordinate foreign travel plans, itineraries, and bookings with the internal travel desk.
