Job Description: Marketing Coordinator Intern

Role Overview
Are you a proactive individual with a knack for organization and a passion for marketing operations? We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator Intern to act as the central link between our field teams and leadership. This is a high-impact role for a fresher looking to master the "engine room" of business development. You will ensure our field operations run smoothly, data remains accurate, and marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be coordination, documentation, and operational support. Your daily tasks will include:
- Team Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for Business Development Managers (BDMs), gathering daily updates and ensuring field activities align with company goals.
- Data Management: Maintain, update, and audit data within Excel and Google Sheets to ensure a single source of truth for the department.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily field activities and follow up rigorously to ensure timely reporting and accountability.
- Quality Control: Proactively identify errors, gaps, or inconsistencies in field data and coordinate with the relevant teams for immediate correction.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the logistics and execution of marketing campaigns, workshops, and various on-ground field activities.
- Reporting: Assist the Head of Business Development in compiling comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain digital records, contracts, and marketing collateral.
Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Excel/Google Sheets (Mandatory): Must be comfortable with formulas, data entry, and basic data visualization.
- Reporting: Ability to transform raw numbers into clear, readable summaries.
Soft Skills
- Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for spotting data errors and inconsistencies.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective internal coordination.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and tasks without losing track of deadlines.
- Proactive Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with the willingness to take initiative.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Freshers are highly preferred.
- Education: Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to work from Agra.
- Commitment: Looking for candidates eager to transition into a permanent role after the 6-month internship period.
