About The Role
We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives, brand presence, events, and community engagement. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years of marketing experience who is passionate about startups, technology, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other social media platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and content creators to deliver marketing assets.
- Assist in organizing startup events, networking sessions, webinars, and founder meetups.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Update website content and marketing materials.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Support portfolio companies with marketing initiatives whenever required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Interest in startups, venture capital, AI, or technology is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms.
- Experience using Notion, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
