Job Summary:
The role is responsible for creating high-quality, SEO-friendly content for iTCart’s websites, campaigns and sales enablement, with a focus on B2B/enterprise AI offerings. The position requires strong writing, research and storytelling skills to convert complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives that support demand generation and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
1. Long-Form & Website Content
- Write blogs, articles, guides and long-form content for web and campaigns
- Develop landing page and website copy that explains products and solutions clearly
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines and readability
2. Campaign & Sales Enablement Content
- Create email copy, nurture sequences and campaign messaging
- Draft case studies, one-pagers and collateral for sales and partnerships teams
- Support scripts/outline creation for videos, webinars or product demos where required
3. Brand Voice & Storytelling
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written assets
- Translate technical/AI concepts into business benefits and outcomes
- Support leadership/founder content where required (articles, LinkedIn posts, etc.)
4. Research & Collaboration
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and customer problems
- Work closely with product, sales and marketing teams for inputs and validation
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing priorities
5. Quality, SEO & Performance
- Follow SEO guidelines (keywords, structure, meta elements) in content
- Review and edit content for grammar, clarity and impact
- Track content performance and refine topics/angles based on results
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills
- Experience with SEO copywriting and on-page optimization
- Ability to understand B2B/tech/AI products and translate them into benefits-led content
- Attention to detail, structure and brand tone of voice
- Ability to manage multiple pieces and deadlines in parallel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field
- Certifications in content marketing / SEO / digital marketing (preferred)
Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in content marketing, brand copy and SEO, preferably in B2B, technology or services companies
