We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Content Marketing Executive with 6 month to 1 year of working experience who can manage end-to-end content creation across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing engaging content for social media, website, email campaigns, and professional platforms like LinkedIn, while also tracking performance and maintaining consistency in brand messaging.

We are about 650+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, website pages, email campaigns, and leadership branding.
• Develop and manage content calendars to ensure regular and timely publishing.
• Write compelling copies for employer branding, marketing campaigns, case studies, and business communication.
• Manage content publishing on platforms like LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, HR, Sales, and Leadership) for content requirements and campaign execution.
• Track content engagement metrics and optimize strategies based on performance insights.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences for content planning.
• Support branding initiatives, internal communication, and external marketing activities.
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months – 1 years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related role.
• Strong content writing and editing skills with excellent command over English.
• Experience in creating content for social media, email campaigns, and website communication.
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools and basic analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for tracking content plans and reports.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and audience engagement.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Location - Noida Sector-62
Working Days - 6 Days (5 Days Work from Office)
