🚀 About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Manager who blends storytelling with strategy. This role goes beyond writing — you’ll own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from ideation to performance tracking, and play a key role in driving pipeline growth through data-backed content.

🧩 What You’ll Do
✍️ Content Creation & Strategy
- Create high-impact content across channels: ads, email campaigns, landing pages, blogs, and social media
- Develop long-form assets: whitepapers, eBooks, reports, and thought leadership
- Build compelling case studies and customer success stories
- Partner with product, sales, and design teams to deliver cohesive messaging
📣 Content Distribution & SEO
- Plan and manage the content calendar across channels
- Create SEO-optimized content aligned to the buyer journey
- Execute campaigns including emailers, drip sequences, and webinar promotions
📊 Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze content performance using dashboards and CRM tools
- Generate insights on engagement, conversions, and pipeline impact
- Maintain UTM discipline and ensure accurate attribution
🤖 AI & Marketing Efficiency
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools for content creation and operations
- Improve team productivity through automation and workflow optimization
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 6 years in content/copywriting (preferably in B2B SaaS)
- Strong portfolio across short-form and long-form content
Skills:
- Exceptional writing and storytelling ability
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content funnels
- Experience with analytics tools (Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Mindset:
- Ownership-driven and detail-oriented
- Data-informed decision maker
- Curious and open to experimenting with AI tools
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience in HR-tech / SaaS domain
- Exposure to marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)
- Understanding of ABM or performance marketing
