The Role
We're looking for a marketing geek. Someone who lives and breathes content, has a sharp eye for what makes people stop scrolling, and wants to build a brand from the ground up. You'll own our LinkedIn presence and help shape how the world sees Echos.
This is a build-it role, not a maintain-it role. If you want ownership, creative freedom, and the chance to grow into a marketing leader as we scale, this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Create compelling content for LinkedIn, posts, carousels, short-form video, thought-leadership pieces
- Grow our company and founder presence, building engagement and following
- Turn complex AI and enterprise topics into content people actually want to read
- Develop and run our content calendar and campaigns
- Track what's working, iterate, and keep raising the bar
- Collaborate directly with the founders on brand and messaging
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for content and storytelling, you probably already create, whether it's posts, a newsletter, or your own channel
- Experience creating content about AI / Gen AI: You understand the space and can make technical topics engaging for a broad audience
- Strong writing skills and a feel for tone, hooks, and what drives engagement
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a platform (algorithm, formats, best practices)
- Bonus: design skills (Canva/Figma), short-form video editing, or an interest in AI/tech
- Self-starter energy, you don't wait to be told what to post
- Early-career candidates with a strong portfolio or personal presence are very welcome
