Ltd., a global textile manufacturer supplying to brands such as IKEA and H&M, Mi Arcus offers thoughtfully designed products for children aged 0 to 6 years along with maternity essentials for parents.
Our product range spans 13+ categories including baby bedding, nursery essentials, kids’ furniture, and eco friendly products. Today Mi Arcus products are available across 10+ e commerce platforms and 80+ retail stores across India, and have reached more than 1 million children.
As we expand our omnichannel presence, we are looking to build stronger measurement frameworks to understand how marketing initiatives influence both online and retail sales.
Role Description
Mi Arcus is looking for a Marketing Measurement Consultant to help design and implement a system to measure the impact of influencer marketing on retail sales and store visits.
This is a part time remote role on a 3 month contract. The consultant will work closely with the marketing and retail teams to develop frameworks that connect influencer campaigns with offline outcomes such as store traffic, customer discovery, and retail revenue.
The role will focus on building practical attribution and measurement systems that help answer questions such as:
- How many people who saw influencer content eventually visited our stores
- What percentage of retail customers discovered Mi Arcus through influencers
- How influencer campaigns influence offline sales
- How to estimate ROI of influencer marketing for retail
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing a framework to measure influencer impact on retail
- Setting up tracking systems such as QR codes, coupon codes, landing pages, and surveys
- Recommending tools and processes for campaign measurement
- Conducting retail lift and campaign performance analysis
- Building simple dashboards or reporting structures for ongoing tracking
- Working with internal teams to implement the measurement system
Qualifications
- Experience with influencer marketing analytics, attribution models, or marketing measurement frameworks
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing including D2C and retail environments
- Experience working with campaign tracking tools, analytics platforms, and marketing data
- Ability to design practical systems for measuring offline impact from digital campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience working with consumer brands, retail brands, or D2C companies is preferred
- Background in marketing analytics, growth marketing, or marketing strategy for a baby brand is a plus
