cosmx is hiring: Marketing & Community Intern
Location: Mumbai (Flexible/Remote)
Duration: 6 Months
Type: Paid Internship
At cosmx, we’re building a new-age wellness platform that helps young people navigate life with greater clarity, self-awareness and emotional wellbeing.
We’re looking for someone who is equal parts marketer, community builder, culture spotter and doer. Someone who is deeply plugged into youth culture, believes in holistic wellness, and wants to help create meaningful impact at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow cosmx’s social media presence across platforms
- Create content ideas, reels, trends, stories and campaigns that resonate with young audiences
- Support PR outreach, partnerships and brand collaborations
- Build and activate campus ambassador networks across colleges
- Conceptualise and execute youth-focused activations and community events
- Work with Guides, creators and wellness experts on launches and campaigns
- Help drive app downloads, engagement and community growth
- Jump into whatever needs doing on a given day from strategy decks to on-ground execution
Who We’re Looking For
- A student or recent graduate with strong communication skills
- Someone who understands Gen Z culture beyond social media trends
- Passionate about wellness, mental health, self-growth or conscious living
- Organised, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Not afraid to take ownership and figure things out independently
- Bonus if you’ve run a college fest, campus community, social page, creator account or youth initiative
