Key Responsibilities1. Brand Communication & Positioning
- Ensure MYBAE Bags is consistently positioned as a stylish, reliable, and value-driven brand
- Maintain uniform messaging across stores, franchise outlets, social media, and B2B communication
2. Franchise Marketing Support
- Provide marketing materials to franchise partners (banners, posters, digital creatives)
- Support local store promotions, launches, and events
- Guide franchisees on local marketing strategies to increase walk-ins
3. Content Creation & Digital Presence
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Create engaging content: product highlights, offers, reels, and brand stories
- Coordinate photoshoots and product visuals
4. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns (festivals, sales, new launches)
- Align campaigns across online, offline, and franchise channels
- Track performance and optimize campaigns
5. Corporate & B2B Communication
- Create presentations, proposals, and email communication for corporate clients
- Support branding for bulk orders and gifting solutions
6. In-store Branding & Visual Communication
- Ensure proper display guidelines and branding at all outlets
- Design and deploy POSM (Point of Sale Materials)
7. Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Work with designers, printers, and digital agencies
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives and marketing assets
8. Performance Tracking & Feedback
- Monitor campaign results, store-level feedback, and customer engagement
- Suggest improvements based on data and market trends
Ideal Candidate Profile- 2–5 years experience in marketing communications (retail/FMCG preferred)
- Strong content and communication skills
- Hands-on with social media and basic design understanding
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (franchisees, vendors, internal teams)
- Creative mindset with execution focus
