We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager/Specialist to develop and implement effective brand strategies that strengthen our market presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, understand consumer behavior, and collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to build strong brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify brand opportunities.
- Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Lead brand campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and identity standards.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to align brand strategy with performance campaigns.
- Support product launches with strategic branding and communication plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or marketing strategy.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer psychology, and market trends.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, product).
- Ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
