About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Marketing Communications & Operations Manager to help build and scale the marketing function at Infocusp. This role will be critical in driving day-to-day marketing execution, content development, campaign management, events participation,and internal coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert strategy into impactful execution.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications & Content
- Develop brochures, case studies, one-pagers, solution sheets, presentations, and sales enablement content.
- Create compelling marketing communication aligned with company positioning and growth priorities.
- Support thought leadership content, newsletters, emailers, blogs, and internal communication needs.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all customer-facing touchpoints.
Campaign & Demand Generation Execution
- Execute monthly marketing calendars across digital campaigns, webinars, LinkedIn, email, and lead generation initiatives.
- Coordinate website content updates, landing pages, campaign launches, and lead capture activities.
- Plan and run basic paid campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads during the initial growth phase.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as reach, CTR, CPL, and lead quality, and optimize campaigns in coordination with the marketing head.
- Support inbound marketing initiatives focused on the US and global markets.
- Transition into managing external digital marketing agencies and specialist performance partners as the function scales.
Events, Conferences & Trade Shows
- Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Manage end-to-end event execution including logistics, vendors, registrations, branding, and follow-up workflows.
- Support leadership speaking opportunities and visibility platforms.
- Ensure events deliver both brand visibility and lead generation outcomes.
Sales Enablement & Internal Coordination
- Partner closely with sales, delivery, HR, and leadership teams for marketing requirements.
- Manage urgent sales communication needs such as customer decks, proposals, presentations, and collateral.
- Collect inputs from internal SMEs to convert into market-ready content assets.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Manage campaign calendars, project timelines, task tracking, and execution workflows.
- Maintain dashboards for campaign performance, leads, engagement metrics, and ROI.
- Ensure timely execution of all planned marketing initiatives.
Agency & Vendor Management (Growth Phase)
- Coordinate with digital agencies, PR partners, freelancers, event vendors, and creative partners.
- Manage briefs, timelines, deliverables, and quality control.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing and campaign management.
- Hands-on understanding of paid campaign setup and execution on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience creating sales and marketing content.
- Exposure to events, webinars, and trade show execution.
- Good understanding of SEO, website updates, lead funnels, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Strong project management and multitasking ability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Experience in IT services / technology / SaaS industry preferred.
