We at Thistle Media are looking for a hands-on Marketing Communications Manager who can lead social media communication, campaign execution, product storytelling, and integrated marketing initiatives in a fast-paced agency environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Social Media & Brand Communication
- Own and manage social media communication across key digital platforms
- Develop content and communication strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, storytelling, and visual communication
- Identify relevant trends, content opportunities, and audience engagement ideas
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns from idea to launch
- Build compelling campaign narratives around products, solutions, and market opportunities
- Support product launches, awareness initiatives, and engagement-driven campaigns
- Work closely with creative, content, paid media, and internal teams for seamless execution
Events, PR & Partnerships
- Support brand participation across industry events, exhibitions, webinars, PR opportunities, and partnerships
- Coordinate communication around launches, collaborations, and external brand initiatives
- Help strengthen overall market visibility through integrated communication efforts
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with client teams, internal stakeholders, creative teams, and partners
- Ensure strong coordination, timely execution, and alignment across multiple moving projects
- Act as a bridge between strategy, communication, and execution
Performance & Market Intelligence
- Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and communication effectiveness
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour
- Translate insights into stronger communication and campaign recommendations
Must Haves
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, social media, integrated marketing, or brand communication
- Strong hands-on experience in campaign execution and digital communication
- Ability to simplify complex products/services into compelling marketing narratives
- Exposure to social media strategy, events, PR coordination, partnerships, or campaign-led communication
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and content judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline
Good to Have
- Experience working on technology, energy, engineering, industrial, or innovation-led brands
- Agency experience handling multiple brands or integrated campaigns
