The marketing communications manager will help us enhance the brand awareness by sharpening the online as well as the offline communications and activities. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Marketing responsibilities and give a new edge to our marketing strategies and developing ideas to improve our communication.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Planning, Strategising and Executing Marketing Campaigns for both online and offline marketing
  2. Building the company’s presence on various social media platforms
  3. Facilitating and Managing marketing requirements for Industry trade shows and exhibitions
  4. Conducting market research, analyzing data to identify & define the audience and improving lead generation.
  5. Tracking and Measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns regularly and formulating action plans for areas of improvement
  6. Maintaining the company website and looking at the data analytics
  7. Ensuring up-to-date content is available on company website and other platforms/channels
  8. Identifying new marketing opportunities and developing plans to promote the company products and services
  9. Identifying and Utilizing PR opportunities to enhance company credibility and brand value
  10. Producing communication tools for internal and external channels. For instance: Preparation of presentation templates, designing and updating product catalogues etc.
  11. Effectively and Regularly communicating with the sales and other departments to coordinate marketing and communication
  12. Networking with potential clients and industry experts to generate brand awareness

 

Qualifications

  • Education qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in business/marketing
  • Work experience: 4-6 years in mid-sized Indian company or MNC in marketing role (preferably a B2B company)

  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrated experience with Marketing tools and metrics
  • Effective communication and networking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other analytical tools
  • Should have advance verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships within and outside the organization and collaborate
  • Fast learner and a creative thinker
