Role Description The Marketing Communications Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing and communication initiatives that promote DICABS’ brand, products, and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing communication plans, drafting and reviewing press releases, coordinating campaigns across digital and offline channels, and ensuring consistent messaging across all materials. The Marketing Communications Manager will collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to support business objectives, manage timelines, and track campaign performance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining media and agency relationships, supporting events and trade shows, and preparing communication reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Marketing Communications and Strategic Communications skills to plan and execute integrated campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
- Experience with Press Releases, including drafting, editing, and coordinating media outreach.
- Proven Project Management capabilities to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B or industrial/manufacturing sectors is preferred.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media, basic design or content tools) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
