Purpose & Role of the Position
To support seamless execution of Tega’s marketing initiatives by managing social media vendors and delivering end-to-end event experiences through effective coordination, communication, and multitasking.
The Incumbent will be responsible for:-
- Social Media Vendor Management
- Manage end-to-end coordination with social media agencies and content partners
- Oversee delivery of agreed content calendar, creatives, and campaign assets
- Track deliverables to ensure timeliness, quality, and brand alignment
- Coordinate internal approvals across stakeholders before publishing
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed scope and KPIs
- Handle administrative aspects including:
- PR/PO tracking
- Invoice validation and submission
- Payment follow-ups
- Event Management (Trade Shows)
- Support conceptualisation and creative development of events and activations
- Coordinate with external agencies on design, branding, and experience elements
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including:
- Venue coordination
- Vendor management
- Collateral production
- On-ground execution support
- Ensure seamless execution aligned to brand guidelines and business objectives
- Support post-event documentation, reporting, and reconciliation
3. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination (For Social Media and Event Management)
- Act as the central point of contact between internal teams (Sales, Product, HR, Leadership) and external vendors
- Ensure smooth inter-departmental communication and alignment
- Follow up proactively to close loops on deliverables, approvals, and deadlines
Educational Qualifications
MBA in Marketing. Communications or related field,
Good academic records and Science background preferred
Work Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing / MarCom / Agency Coordination roles
- Prior experience in vendor management, social media coordination, or event execution
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Analytical & Innovative in thought process
- Excellent oral and written communication skill
- Good presentation skill
- Mandatory exposure to MS Office
