Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Executive who will be responsible for building and executing strategic marketing communication initiatives that enhance brand visibility and strengthen business positioning. This role involves brand storytelling, content creation, campaign execution, social media management, stakeholder collaboration, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and capable of handling end-to-end communication campaigns with strong writing and execution skills.
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, PR, or integrated marketing.
- Strong expertise in content development and copywriting for different formats.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Experience in campaign planning and execution with strong project management ability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- High adaptability with a learning and leadership mindset.
Required Tools / Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Hands-on experience in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
- Exposure to HubSpot, Google Analytics, CRM software, and CMS platforms
Strong reporting and analytics understanding
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience working with PR campaigns, media communication, or influencer marketing.
- Knowledge of branding, corporate communication, and employer branding.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage external agencies and vendors.
- Experience in handling campaign budgets and ROI evaluation.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create strong brand storytelling and messaging frameworks for marketing campaigns.
- Write and develop high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, brochures, PR communications, and digital campaigns.
- Plan and manage integrated communication campaigns across multiple channels (digital + offline).
- Handle social media planning, posting, and engagement strategies to improve brand awareness.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, product, leadership, and design for campaign execution.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Assist in managing campaign budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving communication strategies.
- Support coordination with external agencies, vendors, and partners when required.
