The Association for Reinventing School Education (ARISE) is a leading collective of progressive K–12 school founders and education leaders committed to shaping the future of school education in India. Originally incubated within Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) in 2016 and now an independent entity, ARISE works at the intersection of policy advocacy, leadership development, capacity building, research, and ecosystem engagement. Through its conferences, leadership forums, policy dialogues, awards, international delegations, and strategic partnerships, ARISE convenes some of the most influential voices in school education from across India and around the world.
Role Overview
ARISE is looking for an energetic and execution-focused professional to lead its Marketing, Communications, and Events function. The role will be responsible for enhancing ARISE’s visibility and engagement through effective communications, member outreach, brand management, and the successful execution of events and initiatives. The individual will work closely with the Secretariat team, members, partners, and external stakeholders to support ARISE’s growing portfolio of activities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
· Plan and execute communication campaigns for ARISE initiatives, events, publications, and partnerships.
· Manage ARISE’s digital presence, including social media platforms, newsletters, website updates, and member communications.
· Coordinate the development of presentations, brochures, reports, event creatives, videos, and other communication collateral.
· Ensure consistency in ARISE’s brand identity, messaging, and communication standards across all platforms.
· Support content development, storytelling, and visibility for ARISE programmes and member initiatives.
Events & Engagement
· Support the planning and execution of conferences, member meetings, leadership forums, webinars, workshops, awards, and international delegations.
· Coordinate registrations, participant communication, speaker management, logistics, hospitality, and event operations.
· Liaise with venues, vendors, production agencies, technology partners, and other service providers.
· Develop engagement formats and communication plans to enhance participant experience and outcomes.
Stakeholder Coordination
· Serve as a key point of contact for speakers, partners, sponsors, members, and external stakeholders on marketing and event-related matters.
· Support partner engagement, sponsorship servicing, and outreach initiatives.
· Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and activities.
Reporting & Operations
· Maintain communication calendars, event trackers, and engagement databases.
· Monitor campaign performance, participation metrics, and event outcomes.
· Support budgeting, documentation, and post-event reporting.
· Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and event delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
· 4–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, stakeholder engagement, or related roles.
· Prior experience in education, industry associations, membership organisations, conferences, media, or professional services will be an advantage.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms, and digital communication tools.
