Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Brand and Marketing Communication Associate to support day-to-day brand communication across digital platforms and customer touchpoints. The role will focus on ensuring timely communication of company updates, announcements, and campaigns while managing interactions with the brand’s online community.
Key Responsibilities
● Share company updates, schemes, product information, and announcements across relevant communication channels such as WhatsApp, email, and social media.
● Monitor brand mentions, comments, and tags across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
● Respond to comments, queries, and direct messages (DMs) in a timely and professional manner while maintaining a consistent brand tone.
● Track conversations and feedback about the brand across digital platforms and engage with the community where relevant.
● Assist in drafting communication messages for campaigns, announcements, and brand updates.
● Maintain records of communications shared and prepare periodic summaries of community interactions and customer queries.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication flow and timely resolution of customer concerns.
Required Skills
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
● Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple communication channels.
● Good coordination and organizational skills.
● Ability to handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Tools & Platforms
● Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
● Meta Business Suite or similar social media management tools.
● Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
● WhatsApp Business for communication.
● Canva or basic design tools for simple communication creatives.
Preferred Qualifications
● 1.5 – 2 years of experience in marketing communications, social media management, or community engagement roles.
● Experience in managing digital interactions or brand communication will be an added advantage.
● Candidates who have previously managed brand social media interactions, online communities, or customer engagement channels will be preferred.
