Role Description
This full-time Marketing Co-Founder role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role will involve developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, leading sales efforts, and managing market research. You will work closely with stakeholders to optimize communication strategies, build brand awareness, and drive client and customer engagement. The candidate will also play a crucial role in influencing company direction through data analysis and strategic decision-making.

- Strong proficiency in Sales and Marketing with a focus on generating growth and building strategies
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, clients, and teams
- Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
- Proven ability to conduct Research to develop insights and support business development
- Experience in entrepreneurial environments and strategic thinking is a strong plus
- Adaptability and leadership ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup ecosystem
