We're looking for a passionate and creative Marketing & Client Service Executive to join us at Blue Mermaid Events

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing & Client Service Executive, located in Kochi. The Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and building strong business connections. This role involves addressing client inquiries, analyzing client needs, and providing solutions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including problem-solving and decision-making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and work in a team-oriented environment
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in event management or a client-facing role is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and other communication tools is desirable
