About the Role:
We are hiring a Practice Head – CRM / Campaign Management (SFMC) to lead enterprise-grade CRM and campaign execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role combines people leadership, client ownership, and platform expertise to drive scalable and high-impact CRM programs.
Key Responsibilities:
🛒 Own end-to-end delivery for SFMC clients – from scoping and planning to execution, deployment, and reporting
📊 Lead and manage a team of SFMC developers, campaign managers, and CRM specialists
📈 Ensure high-quality execution across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and integrations
🚚 Partner with internal teams (Content, Design, Production, Analytics) for seamless delivery
📣 Serve as the senior client contact for SFMC engagements
🤝 Drive best practices, documentation, and process standardization within the practice
📊 Monitor campaign performance and guide optimization strategies
🎯 Support solution design and effort estimation during client onboarding and renewals
Requirements:
✅ 6+ years of experience in CRM / Email Marketing / Marketing Automation
✅ Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
✅ SFMC Certification (mandatory)
✅ Experience managing teams and complex, multi-journey CRM programs
✅ Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and insights
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to work in EU shift with shift flexibility when needed
Preferred:
⭐ Experience in agency or services environment managing multiple clients
⭐ Deep understanding of CRM best practices and marketing automation trends
