Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Campaign Coordinator role based in the Pune Division. The Marketing Campaign Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring initiatives align with client objectives and internal performance benchmarks. Responsibilities include coordinating campaign timelines, maintaining project plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as strategy, creative, data, and opportunity development. The role involves organizing campaign assets, preparing briefs, monitoring performance dashboards, and assisting with reporting to highlight results and insights. The coordinator will also help refine workflows, document processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of campaign operations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with campaign management, including planning, execution, and basic performance tracking for B2B outbound marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and writing skills, including the ability to draft clear briefs, internal updates, and client-facing summaries.
- Proven project management capabilities, with experience organizing tasks, managing timelines, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with marketing campaigns across channels (email, Phone, or events) and an understanding of how campaigns support pipeline growth.
- Comfort working with data-driven environments; ability to interpret basic campaign metrics and use them to inform next steps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with common marketing and collaboration tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, project management software) is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, on-site team setting.
