Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the PEB sector.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, strengthening strategic relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role requires strong industry exposure, a well-established professional network, and the ability to independently manage the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation to successful order closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities within the PEB segment to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through site visits and strategic engagement with architects, consultants, contractors, and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, and key decision-makers to enhance brand visibility and secure repeat business.
- Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals aligned with client requirements and company standards; lead negotiations through to order finalization.
- Coordinate closely with design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure seamless project handover and delivery.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming industrial or commercial projects to identify new growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Steel Structures / Industrial Construction.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Established network with architects, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of BOQ analysis, estimation processes, and technical fundamentals of PEB systems.
- Ability to manage client relationships independently and drive results.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
