Role Description
The Marketing Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and build client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, creating and presenting proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions. The role requires overseeing omnichannel marketing campaigns, maintaining customer engagement, and keeping pace with industry trends and market changes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing, branding, and omnichannel marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategic partnerships
- Experience in managing projects, meeting deadlines, and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and performance analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in an evolving digital marketing environment
