Snow Leopard Adventures has been introducing people to the great Indian outdoors since 1990. From school expeditions and corporate leadership programs to rafting on the Ganga, expeditions across India, and Ganga Zip Adventure, we're building the next chapter of one of India's leading adventure companies.
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, commercially minded, and excited by the challenge of helping grow the business. While this role is based in our Gurgaon office, you'll regularly travel to our camps, events, and destinations to build relationships and create content.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, you'll spend as much time planning as you do making things happen.
What you'll do
- Build and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage and grow our Instagram and social media presence with content that reflects our brand.
- Develop content during regular trips to Rishikesh, Camp Panther, and other adventure destinations.
- Drive outreach to schools, universities, and institutional partners across India.
- Build long-term relationships with school leaders, educators, and decision-makers.
- Help grow Ganga Zip Adventure through creative marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Track leads, manage follow-ups, and ensure opportunities don't fall through the cracks.
- Work directly with senior leadership on new business initiatives and special projects.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
- An excellent written and verbal communicator with fluent English.
- Confident speaking with senior educators, principals, corporate clients, and partners.
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities without losing momentum.
- A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems.
- Creative enough to think of new marketing ideas, but disciplined enough to execute them.
- Comfortable using Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, and basic content creation tools for marketing.
- Excited by travel and the outdoors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of professional experience in marketing, business development, partnerships, consulting, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms as part of your daily workflow.
- Comfortable creating presentations, writing marketing copy, conducting research, and improving efficiency using AI.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel regularly within India.

Working hours
Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
