Role Description
The Marketing Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the company’s presence in the personal care cosmetics industry. This full-time, on-site position is located in Noida, and includes responsibilities such as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The manager will also collaborate with the marketing and R&D teams to align marketing campaigns with client requirements, prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Proven understanding of marketing strategies, sales, and market analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of brand development, customer engagement, and product positioning
- Experience in the personal care or cosmetics industry is highly desirable
- Ability to analyze market trends and design strategies to maximize business opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and creating sales reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple projects
