Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves engaging with potential clients, delivering exceptional customer service, developing and managing sales strategies, and facilitating client training sessions. The specialist will identify market opportunities, drive sales performance, and provide insights to enhance marketing strategies. Collaboration with internal teams to innovate and optimize solutions is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, client onboarding, and relationship management
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to educate clients or team members on products, tools, or strategies
- Ability to analyze metrics and craft actionable strategies to boost sales and marketing performance
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven decision-making tools is a plus
- Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- MBA preffered.
