Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Aurangabad. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate and manage leads, foster client relationships, manage accounts, and support strategic marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new clients across the medical, agriculture, construction, electrical equipment, and industrial automation sectors
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits
- Handle client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and order closures
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and execution
- Support marketing efforts, including presentations, proposals, and exhibitions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing (manufacturing or engineering preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Basic understanding of fabrication or engineering processes is an advantage
- Comfortable with field work and client interactions
Qualification
- Graduate (Engineering or Business required)
Compensation
₹30,000 CTC + ESIC & PF
