We're Hiring: Marketing Business Development Executive

We're looking for a Marketing Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and confidently pitch digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media strategy and digital marketing to recommend the right solutions based on each client's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email outreach, and cold outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and business objectives.
- Pitch BrandMelt's digital marketing services and prepare customized proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Understand social media strategy and recommend suitable marketing solutions to clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales, social media marketing, branding, SEO and Meta Ads.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
