Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Marketing Business Development Executive. The position is based in Kozhikode and follows a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility for remote work. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing leads, cultivating client relationships, creating compelling proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve strategic growth goals and strengthen client partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities
- Strong abilities in Business Management and Account Management for maintaining client relationships and executing campaigns effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly, negotiate, and collaborate across diverse teams
- Proactive attitude, multitasking abilities, and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience in advertising or event management industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
