Job Title : Marketing & Brand Coordination Executive | Luxury Jewelry
Location: BKC, Mumbai (Work From Office)
Compensation: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,50,000 PA

About The Role
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Marketing & Brand Coordination Executive to support our luxury jewelry marketing operations. This role involves coordinating with agencies, photographers, digital teams, and vendors to execute impactful branding campaigns and maintain a strong digital presence.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for luxury branding, social media, and visual storytelling along with strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, designers, photographers, and PR teams.
- Ensure timely execution of branding and campaign activities.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with social media management, content coordination, and email marketing campaigns.
- Support SEO activities including keyword research and website content updates.
Campaign & Photoshoot Coordination
- Coordinate product shoots, campaign schedules, stylists, makeup artists, and creative vendors.
- Support visual content creation for digital and print platforms.
Website & E-commerce Coordination
- Work with developers for website updates, product uploads, and content management.
Marketing Operations
- Track marketing budgets, invoices, vendor payments, and campaign reports.
- Support exhibitions, events, and brand promotions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BMM, BMS, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and website coordination.
- Strong communication and vendor management skills.
- Experience in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle industry preferred.
