Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused HubSpot Manager to drive marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and revenue operations for our global B2B business.
This role will be critical in supporting lead generation, employer branding, and demand generation initiatives, especially across NLB’s expanding marketing verticals like BrandPipal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM ecosystem
- Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and automation pipelines
- Create lead scoring models and lifecycle stages
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
- Create landing pages, forms, and CTAs
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance
- Design lead nurturing strategies and drip campaigns
- Ensure smooth lead handover between marketing and sales teams
- Build dashboards and reports in HubSpot
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI
- Provide actionable insights for growth
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools
- Maintain data hygiene and segmentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM best practices
- Experience with email marketing, lead scoring, and segmentation
- Hands-on experience with landing pages, workflows, and reporting
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (preferred)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, or Zapier is a plus
