LPU Online is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our CRM automation and customer communication strategy, driving personalized engagement for students and learners across digital touchpoints. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and innovative communication design to enhance the online learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and manage CRM workflows to optimize student and customer lifecycle journeys.
- Design and implement email, SMS and WhatsApp templates and push notification campaigns tailored to learner engagement.
- Oversee Meta approval processes and ensure smooth execution of omni-channel communication.
- Optimize communication cost and maximize revenue through communication nurturing
- Leverage AI-driven personalization to deliver contextual and impactful learner experiences.
- Use data insights to analyze, optimize, and scale automation strategies for measurable outcomes.
Required Expertise:
- 7–10 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle management, preferably in EdTech or digital platforms.
- Proven expertise with Meta platform approvals, push notifications, and AI-powered communication campaigns.
- Strong understanding of learner engagement strategies in a digital-first environment.
- Ability to combine data analytics with creative communication design to enhance user experience.
- Proficiency in crafting engaging email templates and in-app communication tailored for students and professionals.
