We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to manage and optimize our social commerce automation across Instagram, WhatsApp, and customer support platforms using tools like Make, ManyChat, and Gorgias.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage automation workflows using Make.
- Create Instagram and WhatsApp DM funnels using ManyChat.
- Manage customer conversations and support flows via Gorgias.
- Design quiz funnels, product recommendation flows, and lead capture automation.
- Optimize conversions from social media interactions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in D2C, marketing automation, or conversational commerce.
- Hands-on experience with Make, ManyChat, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp automation, and sales funnels.
Goal: Build scalable automation systems that convert social interactions into sales.
