At Dhanvesttor, we’re looking for a dynamic individual who can do more than just design.
As a startup environment, we are looking for someone who can independently manage end-to-end social media management, from content creation, content writing, and graphic designing to posting, platform management, and audience engagement.
The role will involve handling both the company’s social media presence as well as the social media handles of the Founder and CEO. We’re looking for someone who understands branding, storytelling, content strategy, and digital communication across platforms.
We’re Hiring: Marketing Associate (Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager)
Role & Responsibilities:
Create engaging graphics, written content, and marketing creatives for social media and branding campaigns
Manage end-to-end social media activities including content planning, content writing, posting, scheduling, and engagement
Handle and manage the company’s social media handles along with the Founder’s and CEO’s social media presence
Write engaging captions, content pieces, and promotional copies
Plan and execute social media strategies to improve engagement and visibility
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand-building initiatives
Collaborate with the team on creative concepts, reels, and campaign execution
Maintain consistency in brand communication and visual identity across digital platforms
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Graphic Designing, Content Writing, and Social Media Management
Strong content writing, caption writing, and communication skills
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
Good understanding of social media trends, branding, and digital marketing
Strong creative thinking, aesthetics, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
