Role Description
The BTL Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all Below-The-Line marketing activities to drive local brand visibility, store footfall, and revenue growth. The role requires strong execution skills, vendor management, and on-ground activation expertise.
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of BTL activities, including in-store promotions, events, activations, and local advertising, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and budget.
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams and store managers to ensure effective implementation of BTL campaigns and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of BTL activities and identify areas for optimization.
- Monitor and control the BTL marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
Local Store Marketing & Activations
- Plan and execute hyperlocal marketing campaigns around CloudTailor outlets.
- Conduct apartment activations, corporate tie-ups, exhibitions, and mall promotions.
- Organize fashion events, designer showcases, and seasonal campaigns.
- Generate walk-ins and leads through field marketing activities.
Brand Visibility & Promotions
- Manage print ads, flyers, standees, banners, hoardings, and OOH materials.
- Supervise installation of branding materials at stores.
- Plan festive campaigns (Wedding Season, Diwali, Sankranti, Eid, etc.)
- Monitor competitor local marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Knowledge in Sales and Marketing to effectively promote products and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
